Group Therapy allows people to feel supported in ways that other forms of therapy may not offer individuals. This type of therapy presents the opportunity to participate in open discussions which allow you to relate to others who have gone through similar experiences in their lives.
Group: Modern Housewives- What do you mean you can’t do it all?
What: For 6 weeks a group (up to 6 individuals per group) will meet weekly to discuss the overwhelming pressure, anxiety, and responsibility contemporary women endure on a daily basis. You will be able to relate to and learn from other women who all share similar experiences.

What: For 6 weeks a group (up to 6 individuals per group) will meet weekly to discuss the effects of infidelity on a relationship. Whether you strayed or your partner, these situations tend to impact relationships negatively. Group Therapy can be useful by hearing various perspectives on this topic and being able to relate to and learn from other women who share similar experiences.

Group: Parenting the Parent- Who’s the boss?
What: For 6 weeks a group (up to 6 individuals per group) will meet weekly to discuss the difficulty of parenting a child who continuously challenges your parenting skills. You’ve tried taking things away, “time out” for the little ones, and even negotiating, but nothing seems to work. Group Therapy can be useful by hearing various perspectives on this topic and being able to relate to and learn from other women who share similar experiences.
